This super versatile medium-weight pant crosses a wide spectrum of temperatures, conditions, and activities. Precise design paired with superb function and performance, the experienced athlete will enjoy the benefits of the slim-fitting, low profile Super XC®. The front panels are made of Windshield; a water repellent stretch knit soft-shell that sheds water, breathes, and blocks the wind. The back panels are made from our soft, stretchy SwiftPro fabric which allows the pant to wick moisture from the inside out. The articulated knee overlaps a stretch panel built in for extraordinary mobility. Ankle zippers reveal an inner gusset, so unzipping allows the hem to go over a wider boot without exposure.
These pants have a slightly longer inseam then normal.

Great windblock pant
Posted by Mark on 9th Apr 2017
I ended up buying a size larger than I normally would buy. Got them for weather resistant and wind block features, when a wool pant is a little too much. Used at 24 degrees with a 20 mph wind while photographing - not a lot of activity - they kept me warm enough - right on the edge of cool
Good versatile pant

I ordered these too long at 32" (which matches my inseam) but on the plus side these stay down around my ankles for biking and rowing - no ice cold breezes cutting in there!
Super XC Pants

Love the Super XC pants. Perfect athletic fit. Does exactly what they say. Blocks wind, sheds water. Only one layer needed with these great pants. I have the XC's as well. I have to have the long length. I was worried that the large longs wouldn't be long enough because my other pants were all extra large long but I wanted to try the large long because I'm thin and tall. 6'4 188. The fit and length are perfect and I hope you guys keep it that way because now I'm hooked. Keep up the great work! Next purchase will be the Super XC jacket.
Well worth it!

The Super XC Pant is excellent. Construction, styling and fit are spot on. Better insulation and rain resistance than running tights. This are outstanding. Should've gotten these years ago for cold weather/winter training. Fit is great. The fit chart is accurate.
Finally long enough

Not only are these great pants, they're actually long enough. Up to now, the only way I could get almost any sports pant was to buy extra Large. Being long legged and normal waisted...well you see the problem. Used them for cold weather road biking and they worked excellent. The wind-stopper fabric did its job and the articulated knees were great for cranking. The lower legs were slightly loose, but no worries about getting into the drive train. I attribute the looseness to allow for XC ski boots which will have to wait until next season. Again I'm grateful for not having flood pants.
