My husband loved this shirt. He requested this for Christmas 18 months ago and wore it for one and a half cross country ski seasons before the zipper broke. The little plastic piece at the bottom of the zipper broke off. (He has no idea why as he wasn't doing anything in particular that would tax the zipper.) I wish that SportHill had a repair department so that it could be repaired with the red/gray zipper it came with (as some sports companies offer). If the zipper hadn't broken, this would continue to be the best ski top for cold temps over a base layer). When I called SportHill to explain the situation and see whether there were zippers that I could purchase or get it fixed, the customer service person told me "sometimes zippers break and we don't repair." When I asked if maybe I could get a modest discount off of a new one (which I would have purchased had she offered me even a small percentage off) she said she couldn't offer me anything. She further gave me a very surprising response - she said I could get a coupon if I signed up online. I'm not doing that, and I won't be buying another one of these shirts. A little more customer service would have gone a long way.
