Not that warm
This tight wasn't as warm as I expected. The wind whips right through it on a cold day. The fit is great, though--more than ample length for my 35-inch inseam.
Editors note: the windproof properties of a wicking and breathable tight like the Ultra RX depends on how much they are stretched out over the wearer's legs. In it's relaxed state the Ultra RX fabric is wind proof up to about 15 mph. However if they are stretched out a lot they would start to lose thier windproofness.
A winner all around
I am 6'03" and weigh 160 pounds. I wear a 34x34 trouser. As such, I was looking for a tight that didn't end in the upper ankle. This tight has a lot going for it.
FIT -- The Large Long size fits me perfectly; in fact there is probably an inch or two to spare in terms of length. Also, the tight, which is a little looser than some, stretches easily, and does NOT bind at all when I run. Very comfortable.
WEATHERPROOFINESS -- I took the tight on an inaugural run when the temperatures were in the mid 20s and the conditions were windy/gusty. The tight was warm when the wind hit me but NOT too warm when the wind died down. I really appreciate this as I tend to generate a lot of heat and overheat if overdressed.
