Keep up the good work!

Before you toss this email after wondering why someone would send gross pictures, let me explain! I know you know the quality of the products you sell, but I wanted to give you the proof to back up your claims! A month ago, I was out cross country skiing, wearing your 3SP Dura Saga tights that are about 3-4 years old. I wear them 2-3 times a week, all winter long, skiing. This day, I also had fleece leggings underneath, because it was under 20 degrees. I tried to step over a fallen tree (still wearing the skis, dumb yes), lost my balance and on the way down, my inner thigh landed on a 3/4 inch branch sticking up that I had just broken off trying to step over the tree. I layed there a few minutes, waiting to feel the warmth of the blood I knew was gonna come from, what felt like must have been a huge puncture wound. I was also pretty ticked that I had just torn my favorite ski tights. No blood! Whew! Lucky. When I got home, I was shocked to see NOTHING torn on my tights. My thigh was already swollen and starting to get dark with a quarter sized spot where the branch had poked my leg, but the skin wasn't broken. The photo was taken the next day when the pressure from the big hematoma that had formed caused the skin to rupture at the point of contact. The bruise looked even worse the next day, but I didn't think you needed to see that one!
I am fairly certain that, had I not been wearing those tights that day, I probably would have sustained a much more severe injury. I am certain that any of my other tights would have torn from the jagged branch. As you can see in the photo of the tights, there was not so much as a thread that was snagged. Unbelievable. I have always told my friends how much I like these tights, but now I rave about them and I have the proof to back it up!
I don't believe I have ever contacted a company to applaud them for their product, but I felt compelled to do so this time. Keep up the good work

Poor quality, worse customer service

Several flaws in my new 3sp compared to my 15 yr old pair. Company was unresponsive, even when I took the time and expense of returning them so someone could see what I was talking about.
