These are just the right fit for a run (by a not-amazing runner), weight training, or just taking a walk. The built-in liner makes it comfortable to wear "alone." The pockets (1 zipper, 2 others) are all deep enough to hold a cell phone, keys, etc without issue. The non-zipper pockets are built in such a way that your stuff isn't in danger of falling out.
I ordered two pair after researching because I have worn out most of my running shorts or they are way out of style ..... These Men's Circuit shorts work well, good side pockets that fit a cell phone and good fit no problem chaffing and with good moisture wicking, I'd buy more but I only needed two pairs.
