Good fit and very nice material
Long time Sporthill supporter, I'm a Physical Educator and track coach, love these pants, I only wear Sporthill. Relaxed, love the zippers/pockets, a must in my world. ready for a run or not.
The zippers are things I almost never use, and they are rough enough that they bother the skin on my hands. Otherwise, these are everyday pants for me and I love them. An option _not_ to have zippers would be a wonderful thing.
Comfortable for all day wear going to the stores and doing chores at home. Good protection on cooler mornings and against the wind. The fit felt roomy without looking baggy. The elastic waistband is sturdy and fine for non running activities. The pants felt ok while running although notably not as light as my other Sporthill pants. They’re more of a heavy duty pant just as I expected that they might be. It’s like having a specific tool for a different purpose.
First time purchasing the Turas pant. I own several 3SP XC pants, as well as two pair of Terrain pants, but wanted something in between . The weight of the Turas is a little lighter than the Terrain which is nice when Not going outside , and the Turas is roomier in the leg than the 3SP pant. I believe these pants will be a great late spring and early fall pant to walk in or to sit on the porch. My only complaint is that the side zippers seemed to be a little over engineered for a light weight fabric, but not a big deal.
Fabric has great stretch and recovery. Pretty warm too. Unfortunately pocket zips are too big for a pant in this fabric. Elastic also seems a little bulky.
Love 'em. The fit is a little snugger than I expected, but I love the wide elastic waist, the metal zipper pulls, the lack of zippers on the legs (I don't ever use them) and the very understated branding. These are the warmer pants I was looking for to add to my ancient Nomads.
I can't review an item that is apparently still in Dallas Texas somewhere!
Long time SportHill user. I use this pant for everything; around the house, running and biking in cooler weather and doing errands. They are comfortable and can be used between 35 and 60 degrees depending on the activity.
Long time sport hill fan and really like these pants. I use them more for hanging out than running, but they are really comfortable.
