I think my first Quanta was a large and I had to size down to a medium, which was fun for me! I love these tops. They are a great layer for Nordic skiing and biking, but also look nice for casual wear. I have never found any active wear that wicks and dries as well as my Sporthill clothes.
I really wanted to keep this, but I am between a small and a medium with the way the shirt is cut. I'm 5'5, 120 pounds. The small was a tad too tight under the arms, but I swam in the medium. Fabric is light weight and seems like it would wick very well. Love the thumb slits in the sleeves and the reflector around the zipper and back. Purple color was great. If this fits you, I suggest getting two.
