Buffer jacket
I'm a runner. Love this jacket. I wanted the bright color for early morning or night usage. Jacket is thin and not heavy. Does provide good protection from the elements, specifically wind. I could see this jacket being used for bikers as well as skiers. I will buy another 1 for sure.
