It has two hand pockets on the front and two snug open pockets on the sides for phone and other storage needs. Super comfortable and well-made, it is designed with chafe-free seams, classic jogger cuffs at the hem, and a wide elasticized waistband with an exposed drawstring. On New Years day my wife and I did a 8 mile very hilly hike. The temperature was about 48 f and the humidity level was 97 percent with a light rain off and on. The joggers kept me warm and dry the entire 2 and a half hour walk and as we were driving home the fabric was dry. That surprised both of us.
Great fit but a bit too warm for me. The material is thick. I returned the pair and swapped out for voyage pant instead. I called and spoke with Linda where she made the transaction seemless. I left a voicemail and she got back to me within minutes..
