Men's terrain pants
These are the absolute best all around winter pants ever! When the cold weather comes to Colorado I use them for everything: Nordic and back country skiing, hiking, shoveling snow and about everything else. I have three pairs now, not that the oldest ones are showing any signs of wearing out.
Still excellent
This is my second purchase of this product. My first lasted almost 10 years and dozens of cold weather hikes and was just starting to show a little wear at the knee. The new ones have some minor changes, but I guess it's difficult to improve an excellent product. Cuts the wind, but doesn't hold moisture. And it fits the same as the first one, which is a rarity these days.
Warm, comfortable and fits well
I bought the Terrain II because I couldn't get the pants I wanted -- the XC -- in a size that would fit.
For years, I have worn size Large-short in all Sporthill pants.
But my last few orders of the XCs have been long in the leg and wide in the waist.
The Terrain II fits well, unlike the XC. But the Terrain doesn't look as nice. It lacks the class front-leg crease and the natural waistline. Nothing wrong with the Terrain but they look more like sweatpants. If you're looking for more of a sweatpant look, this is a terrific pant.
I'm hoping Sporthill can get the sizing on XC pants under control so I can order more. Thanks.
3sp terrain pant
Just perfect! Perfect fit, perfect functionality, perfect durability. I wear these for all types of winter activities, from shoveling to snow shoeing, to skiing, to runs to the store on cold days. Absolutely wind proof but breathable at the same time and very warm- great pant!
Winter pant
I have own other pants from Sporthill, but I was looking for one that could resist low temps, and it just happened on early January, lows in the 29ths. It is the perfect product; it fits me right and very comfy.
Men’s 3SP Terrain pant ll
Good fit, very comfortable, a good pant in cold windy weather. Washes well (inside out). A pleasure to wear.
Super solid, with one glaring issue
I had Sporthill pants 25 years ago, and these perform exactly the same! Down to the piling. How in the world have you not solved that yet.
new sport hills
I have 4 to 5 pair of 3sp ski, relaxed fit and back county for different purposes, and I wear them from 1st freeze to 1st thaw. My wife and I pretty much live in them all winter. Mostly skiing but also to work, church, chopping wood. etc. I can't tell you how many people I have loaned pants to who went out and bought their own? As I am getting older, I prefer the belt in the BC with the back pocket. I don't really need the side pockets, so this year I bought terrains again. I have to work on getting SportHill to make the Terrains with belt loops and a back pocket. If they ever brought back the camos, I would buy them again.
3SP PANTS
Im replacing a pair that Ive been wearing for over 13 years. (I wore them thin)I love them, and wear them often. Perfect from air travel, skiing, warming up after a swim, even in hunting camp. My favorites by far
Fit perfect
The last time I bought a Sporthill pants was over ten years ago and I wanted now to get the same product again. Very happy with the quality and fit. I use these pants daily in my clinic (I am a Medical Massage Therapist). The only thing that was not to my liking was that FedEx left my package with an unknown neighbour, when I wasnt there to recieve my delivery.
